The Summer Inn Bed and Breakfast in Haines, Alaska is a historical house with a live-in Innkeeper. The Inn is open year-round. Located at 117 Second Avenue near the heart of downtown Haines, the Inn provides excellent views of the Lynn Canal and is within walking distance to the sites of Haines. The house was built 100 years ago by Tim Vogel, a member of Skagway’s notorious Soapy Smith gang and a colorful character in the history of Haines.
